WGFOA Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a WGFOA conference. Although WGFOA doesn’t offer exhibitor booths at our conferences, we do offer many great perks to being a sponsor! Each conference has six sponsorship spots available. Please see below for what is included in a WGFOA conference sponsorship and how to register as a sponsor.

Sponsorship Information:
WGFOA Member: $1,000
Non-Member (have not paid annual membership dues for 2025): $1,500 – includes one WGFOA membership
As a sponsor, you will receive the following perks:
- Recognition on the agenda and website,
- “Sponsor” name tags for the Conference,
- Recognition at the noon business meeting,
- Sponsors will have a display stand in registration atrium,
- Sponsors will have a shared table for giveaways and marketing materials,
- Each sponsor may display a stand up advertising board and have 3 slides that will show in rotation on a screen at the Networking event,
- Sponsors will also have 10 additional drink tickets available to them,
